I was commissioned to rebrand a Norfolk window cleaner business's branding. Originally their logo was a photo, and I explained the challenges of using an image for branding.
Firstly, it's more difficult to get a photo to stand out from the crowd, due to the complex colour properties of it.
Secondly, vector logos work far better across different types of marketing collateral (from websites to print leaflets) due to their simplicity and crispness.
Thirdly, they can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
With this all in mind, I created the below logo and animation which used the business' brand colours.
